missing webpage?

missing webpage?

hi.
somehow i stumbled across a webpage from the pituitary foundation about benefits and how to fill in an application for ESA, which looked very useful, but somehow i cannot seem to find it via the main webpage.
the page i cannot find any more had the pituitary foundation logo and also the outline of a dog.
can anyone help please?

And I have now found the other site. It may be useful for others so here is the address:

It seems to contain specific information on how to answer the questions on the ESA and DLA forms.

I tried to fill in DLA forms but had to go to citizens advise for help as it as so complicates,long and contradictory

yes, the forms ARE confusing aren't they?
and what a lot of energy is needed to get to the end. i spent DAYS filling it in (only to earn no points for all of that hard work).
i am very fortunate that someone is helping me with the ESA appeal .

they are certainly not designed to be completed by anyone who is unwell.
and it is not easy to gain points for 'being tired', 'having no enthusiasm', 'lost interest in usual activities', 'difficulty in thinking', 'not recognising self'.. etc. etc.
