ICE

ICE

Hi I am sure most folk here use ICE (In Case of Emergency) on their mobile phones. Idea being that you put in ICE in your contacts list on phone then if anything happens to you the paramedics can use this number to contact relatives etc.
I have gone one betterin that on my phone I downloaded a notepad app then used it to make a list of my conditions ( Panhypo and DI) plus my meds and contact numbers. I then took a screenshot with the phone and used the resulting pic as the wallpaper on my screenlock page. So if anything happens to me the first thing anyone will see on switching on my phone is this list.
Pretty simple really and it may save a life one day. :D

that's a really good idea bill.
i have my details on a card attached to my watch strap but in an emergency i'm sure that people are more likely to look at a mobile phone instead of a watch strap!
thanks for sharing the idea.
do you also wear one of those medic alert bracelets?
