UK Commencement of Phase 3 Trial for Oral Octreolin in Acromegaly
Chiasma has been working diligently to commence the Phase 3 trial of this oral therapy for acromegaly at a number of centres. The sites that are currently recruiting are noted below; please contact the centre nearest to you directly if you wish to take part:

In order to participate patients must be between 18 and 75 years of age, must have a documented diagnosis of acromegaly, must have not undergone pituitary surgery in the last six (6) months, must not have received pituitary Radiotherapy within ten (10) years prior to screening, and must be able to swallow capsules.
