Bordeline Growth Hormone

Hi
Well today was my first post op review with the endocrinologist. He said that my GH levels were flaky by that he means borderline (flaky as he called it) and was of the opinion I do not need to take any meds. He is reviewing me again in 6 months time.
I am able to slowly come of the steroids as my Cortisol levels were good as were all other tests.
He looked at my Post op MRI and said that the nureosurgeon had done a good job in preserving my pituitary gland. He did show me that not all of the tumour was out as it was so close to both of the cartoroid arteries. He said that the neurosurgeon had made sure that there was a lot of empty space in the sella and that should the tumour regrow then there is a lifetimes room in there as its was a slow growing tumour. Obviously, if over the years I get the same symptoms as post op then I know where he is.
All in all I feel blessed that I am not suffering and really do feel for those of you who are.
