Just discovered this excellent 1 hour documentary on BBC iplayer

It is well worth watching. I first saw it about a year ago.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago on iPlayer (no longer available). Very interesting history of the study of hormones, and the role of the pituitary. The scary bit was the knowledge that there could be many other hormones out there that we don't know about (and of course as patients, we may be deficient in, or have an excess of!)
Prof Wass is scheduled to attend the Oxford Pituitary group on Tuesday 10th November 2015. If you are in this area come along!
