Very sad this week - my Easypod died, he was only 14 months old :(

Not sure what he died of - awaiting Post Mortem :(

He tried to tell me what was wrong "device error" those were his last words :(

R.I.P. Easypod

On the bright side of things I phoned This Way Up spoke to Joe who was very helpful and I duly received new Easypod (Son of Easypod ) in the post the following day. :D

Many thanks and best wishes to all at This Way Up and Central Homecare

The Easypod is dead! Long live the Easypod! :D

Nah! Danny checked up and it was an internal software malfunction. So no, you can't pin its death on me Gov! I was also told that they have since upgraded the Easypod and it has some new features.(Hmm! Mobile phone? Cigarette lighter? Sat nav?)
Unfortunately Homecare sent me one of the older ones (I assume they are just clearing out the last of their old stock)
Maybe you'll get one of the new models next Danny as I'm pretty sure you are supposed to replace them every 3 years.
Oh, and by the way Merry Xmas to you when it comes and a very Happy New Year :D
