So, I emailed the UK and US customer service emails.. the UK ignored me (again), the US gave me the number of customer relations in the UK organisation and told them to expect my call.
I call, they confirm that they have a manufacturing problem, they are not expecting to manufacture until an undefined (think late) date In March or possibly April. When manufacturing does resume, we can expect to see a shortage for 1+ months as they handle the backlog of orders.
It is good to know what is happening, it would be better to know when things will return to normal,
