Osteoporosis

I am very interested to hear from any women suffering from osteoporosis - I suspect there are quite a few as many of us take regular steroids. I would like to know your experiences of intravenous bisphosphates and I am particularly interested in hearing from any women around 70 years old who are using HRT as their primary medication for increasing bone density.
