Leeds 2016 Pituitary Coference

Looking forward to the conference next weekend.
Does anyone know yet if there is direct access from Leeds train station to the conference venue at The Hilton Leeds City Hotel?

I know you can walk out of the station and across the road near Marks and Spencer etc but if it is snowing or there is torrential rain it would be good to be able to avoid the 'weather'! The heavy snow showers this morning and torrential rain in the past couple of days has prompted me to ask about this direct access which was mentioned as a possibility in the earlier information about the conference. I would prefer not to arrive looking like a drowned rat!
