Had great weather for our Awareness Walk at the Duthie Park yesterday.Quite a good turnout of walkers and a lot of interest from the general public.Hopefully we will have raised a few pennies for the Foundation. I was quite surprised that I managed to do the five laps,although it was a bit of a struggle.I suffered a bit for it in the evening as I was very tired and not feeling too great,but back to normal today.Well done to everyone who took part especially to those involved in the set up and organisation etc. See you all at the next meeting!

Had a very good meeting up at Woodend today with a very interesting and entertaining talk given by Prof.Bevan. Not sure what was most interesting the talk and Q & A session afterwards or the prospective menus for our Xmas Dinner :~)

Had our Support Group Xmas lunch at Dobbies this afternoon, most enjoyable. Great food and even better company.
